We actively seek early adopter technologies that have been proven in their home market to solve a challenging Identity and Access Management problem. However, an interesting technology is not sufficient on its own, our perspective partners must also have an experienced management team in place and be well funded before we represent them.
We have also been focused on representing a small number of innovative vendors rather than following the scatter gun approach of trying to partner with many vendors. Customer support is absolutely paramount to us, so we will not sell any technology that we cannot implement or support.
Our customers span many verticals through finance, retail, manufacturing, outsourcing to local authorities and housing associations. Irrespective of their particular vertical market, they all have a similar challenge, how can they secure access to their company information without becoming a hindrance to their users, which of course include third parties outside of their direct control.
